Highlights of an interesting work

I have been in the IT industry for some time now. I have joined local companies, went overseas, and seen through the tumult of mergers.  From my point of view, there are few factors that determine happiness at work.  Here's my list:
- interesting work - yes this makes me happy at the moment.
- influence - i have my own sphere and level of influence, so thick this one.
- ability to chart the work you want - highly difficult to do
- fame - i do not seek this but i have seen people who do.
- travel - it's been the low of my career. I love buainess trips but opportunity does not present itself. 
- money - the undeniable factor...
